Our sheets and the bathroom was not clean. We had yo make up our own bed at 10pm. The friendliness of the front desk staff made our experience bearable.

Location is fantastic, in a vibrant area of Hyde Park just off 53rd street. I was afraid it would be too crowded to enjoy; but there is a spacious attached garage with in and out privileges. Lobby and rooms are clean and modern with most everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hotel is surrounded by multiple eateries and shopping venues, leave the car parked and take walk. I value clean and convenient, so Hyatt Place, Hyde Park is Good value too me.

Noise ! Noise ! Construction Noise ! Great small hotel but there is a big construction site next to it that it will NOT let you sleep or rest if you are a light sleeper. Also. avoid staying in any room number between 01 to 08 There will be next to the heater fan that you hear ALL night. Breakfast is over by 9am. Don’t stay here if resting is your objective , but if you are a heavy sleeper and want to be close to Chicago University or the freeway, this is your place.

First time in this part of Chicago, visiting our daughter and her boyfriend, who just moved here. Great hotel, very close to bus and train lines, also an easy cab or rideshare from Midway airport. Wouldn't recommend having a car in this neighborhood, as parking is scarce and expensive. The area is well patrolled by Chicago and University of Chicago PD. Rooms are larger than typical hotel rooms in this segment. King bed and sofa with modular furniture/desk area. Directv is adequate and streaming is available but I couldn't figure out how to work the TV to make streaming possible. BEST breakfast I've ever had at any hotel chain offering free breakfast. If your travels take you to Hyde Park, or you want something close to downtown, but a little less pricey, check out this Hyatt. You won't be disappointed,!

Beautiful place. Great service. Breakfast was good and great drinks at the bar. Hyde Park location was perfect for our time in the Windy city. Walking distance from so many stores and restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
