Nice bright airy clean hotel. Room very big and spacious. Hotel super clean and organised. Large outdoor pool area kept very clean. The restaurant could do with a lift however as the food was on the average side. Staff training needed on how to serve the customers as we had dessert spoons for soup instead of soup spoons. Meals arrived at different times and tables were cleared whilst some still ate. Breakfast was a bit average also. Not a lot of western options which could be improved. Location was a little of a let down. Quite a distance from the main attractions which meant a taxi ride to get anywhere. I would however stay again.

Good hotel. Price is very reasonable. Location is perfect. Service was excellent. Friendly staff. The cleaners were amazing and helpful. Breakfast was clean with plenty of variety, but it was just decent; nothing to write home about. I recommend the hotel strongly for its price nonetheless.

The hotel in general was amazing. Super clean! The rooms was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were ever so helpful, any time we had a question or needed information they were there to assist. The pool was clean, it wasn’t too big but decent enough to spend a day there. The only downside to the hotel is the location. It wasn’t close to a bus or metro stop, we literally had to take a taxi everywhere, which wasn’t great. We literally spent more on taxis than food and other expenses in the 4 days we stayed there. So that’s something to keep in mind when booking this hotel.

I have stayed in one of the apartments. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom could use a small renovation. Housekeeping staff is very good! The swimming pool with the bar is nice, the gym is very good and there is a SPA with lovely lady host in the lobby. The biggest problem in this hotel are the visitors. Many Asian people, very loud, arriving after Midnight in their room and acting like they own the hotel. Close to 01:00 the children are still shouting. The food in the restaurants fits most probably the Asian people (India, Pakistan), but I didn't like it. The facilities are fine but I didn't like the visitors and slept in over 20 different hotels in Dubai and never experienced this before.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
