The people that work here love their job because every single person I encountered was positive and happy. I felt like royalty at this hotel, and enjoyed the design of the room. Breakfast was delicious. Overall my expectations were exceeded! I stayed here for two nights, and left feeling empowered and joyful. I will stay at this Hyatt hotel, and any other Hyatt hotel from now on.

Great location, outstanding rooms! I had a problem with my check in and Don was able to resolve the issue right away. He was very professional and reassuring of the seamless process of getting everything squared away quickly. Valet service was professional during my stay as well. Overall a great experience!

Excellent location of the hotel, convenient to get to any desired place! Clean hotel room and pleasant service. The only thing is that around 12at my neighbors were listening to the TV very loudly. At my request of the staff to do something about it (I called the reception about 3 times), no one did anything. Overall, good impressions. Thank you.

The bar upstairs has a great view. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's in the middle of downtown and there's delicious restaurants in a short walking distance. There is also a Starbucks inside and a coffee place literally right next door for all my coffee lovers. ☕️ ❤️ They tried to charge us more for a better view so that was the only downside. Parking in valet was also expensive but after a certain time and depending on the day they don't charge for public street parking. Just a heads up the parking can seriously rack up so be prepared for that possibility especially when there is a event happening downtown Houston.

It was a nice hotel. It’s a renovated historic building from the 50’s I believe which makes it charming. The hotel gym was nice and the staff was nice. They don’t provide any free bottles of water but I believe that’s standard with a 3 star Hyatt. The breakfast could have been a little better staffed as it was constantly running out of everything and wasn’t the most cleanly. It was a nice stay but I usually expect a little more out of my Hyatt stays.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
