Our family with children stayed during Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024. Overall rating 4.5/5. We will re-visit again. The hotel staffs were friendly and very accommodating including front desk reception. Location: Off the strip (20 minutes walk), Close to Airport (10 minutes drive), UNLV (5 minutes walk) Food: Breakfast included and enjoyable for children and adults. Restaurants: Walking distance (Kaizen Fusion Roll & Sushi is family oriented place to dine in) Auto Rentals: Walking distance (enterprise & dollar rentals) Pros: Affordable price, friendly, clean, pleasing service includes parking available $8/day. Cons: You could hear the airplane take off and landing during the day time.

The hotel was good and the staff was friendly. Its location was excellent, just a short trip to the Las Vegas strip. While the breakfast offered was good, the space where it was served seemed insufficient for the number of people present at the same time. Some negative feedback would be that the room had dim lighting, and the AC was very loud at times.

I had a very bad experience at this Hyatt property. The room was old, had a weird smell masked by strong scents, had dim lighting, and the AC was very loud, also the fridge made noise, waking me up at night several times. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. I could feel every movement my partner made. The extra blanket was dusty and itchy. The morning breakfast area was chaotic, and despite complaining to the receptionist, nothing was done. By 9:30, all the food was gone, and they didn’t restock, even with people still waiting. It’s the worst Hyatt property I’ve ever stayed.

The service and location were fine. My room had no microwave. The bathroom door design opened into a small toilet and shower. The auto vent was loud and got louder the longer you stayed in there. The toilet seat was so low to the ground that I thought that I was sitting on a training stool for a child. There are just some amenities that I've grown accustomed to when traveling and a microwave and an adult toilet would've gone a long way in making my stay better. And the bathroom door opened into the miniscule bathroom and would take the knees off of someone if they were already in the bathroom. The price was good, for Vegas, but I'd rather just pay more if it means that I'll get my minor amenities.

Comfortable hotel off the Strip. Rooms were clean, comfrotable and a good size. Good breakfast offerings, although it gets overcrowded on the weekends. Good location opposite UNLV. Bit of a hike to the Strip. Under the flight path of the airport, but noise-proofing is pretty good, it did not disturb our sleep.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
