        I had a lovely stay here over a few days. The hotel, despite being limited service, offers a restaurant (didn't try) and a nice rooftop bar (very friendly staff, great views and cocktails) plus a gym. My room was spacious, clean, well equipped and, most importantly, I slept very well in the bed. Liked the bathroom amenities. The neighborhood is up and coming, maybe a bit dodgy late at night, but there are so many nice cafes and restaurants. Great for foodies...

        Really nice hotel right off brick lane! Super convenient location - right next to a tesco. The beds were super comfy and the towels were very large!! The breakfast was great (and they gave very large napkins I can only assume for smuggling purposes). The staff also was lovely! I got delivery one day and they provided me with full cutlery and dishware, and I came down one night at like midnight and they humored my request for a hot chocolate 😂

        Nice restaurant personal, very good food! Breakfast could be better (no bread rolls at all) and the coffee from the machine is not so good. Rooms are clean and comfortable if you are not near the elevator. Good location near underground. Don’t forget to bring your own adapter if your come from abroad as the hotel doesn’t borrow any. (they sell it though)

        We stayed here as part of trip to London. The room while small was clean and comfortable, the bed was very nice. I would add the king bed takes up a big part of the room and it is right there when you open the door. We were on the 9th floor, which provided us with great views. It's also the same floor as the rooftop bar, which we didn't get any disturbance from. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was also good, with plenty of choice, but during peak hours it can be quite crammed in there.

        We stayed here for 22 nights (yep!) So the great bit is that the Elizabeth Line goes straight from Heathrow to Whitechapel station which is a 10 min walk away. I'll admit I was low key alarmed on that walked coz the neighborhood seemed dodgy. But the next morning was pleasantly surprised to note it's entirely safe with mostly families. The hotel room was nice though. I wish they had some more racks in the wardrobe. The breakfast was good, lots of options but the same food everyday. Christmas Eve & Day we had pancakes, else it never wavered. Adrian was very friendly and helpful. There was another guy, the floor manager at the entrance level who was very helpful and kind. I think his name was Adnan though I can't be sure. The staff was quite courteous. The BEST part is that 3 tube stations are within walking distance, bus stops are right outside and take you into the very heart of London within 20 minutes. Everything from Starbucks, KFC, Burger King, Tesco, local pubs, South Asian food, cafes is within a walk of 0-5 minutes. CONS- The cleaning seemed inconsistent. First & third week was great but the second was very haphazard cleaning. There was a lot of dust accumulated on the lamps, the wash basin could be scrubbed more often, the floor was never fully cleaned. We stayed there over Christmas & New Year and most hotels give a little present or chocolate or a drink on the house. May not necessarily be a con but was just a little surprised. All in all, it was a good choice. Safe, good bed, proximity to all the best spots in London. I'd definitely recommend it.
