I'd give the service 10 stars if I could! Very helpful and kind staff. My wife got food poisoning at the Mexican restaurant down the road and was not feeling well. They were super great helping me take care of her! The room was very roomy and clean. Very convenient to the airport. All around an excellent stay. The guys at the front desk were wonderful! Very close to a park with a good playground if you have little ones. The price and deal on parking was also excellent. We paid for a night at the hotel and 10 days of parking for the price of a hotel stay for the night. 10 stars!

I had a positive experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the extremely helpful front desk clerk. Their assistance allowed me to leave my vehicle at the hotel during my train trip, which was greatly convenient. While the hotel's decor is somewhat dated, I found everything clean and in good working order. It's worth noting the hotel's proximity to the airport, so some level of noise is to be expected. Overall, my stay was good and met my needs well.

The rooms and location were great. However, the airport shuttle dropped us off at the wrong terminal. Even if that was the only place he could’ve dropped us off, he should’ve at least communicated that.

This hotel desperately needs a full renovation. In addition to be outdated, it smelled gross. The hallways and rooms each had their own distinct odors. The AC unit gave off a musty/moldy smell - very unpleasant to smell all night long. Worst of all, they have the audacity to charge nearly $19 per night for parking (after taxes and fees). I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt House across the street. It is new, beautiful, clean, has free parking, and includes free breakfast.

Arrived to the hotel late and was provided amazing service as soon as I stepped in. Lya and Joey were a dynamic duo providing quality customer care on site and on the phone. Joey was just as nice as he was on the phone. As I walked up to my room, the facility smelled clean. And when I entered my room, it smelled clean. Room was nice and tidy. Showers were clean as well with toilet paper stocked. Beds were comfy. I woke up late cause those beds felt amazing after a 14 hour day. When I checked out, the manager was super nice and helpful. The staff is doing a great job up keeping the hotel and providing awesome customer service. Definitely would bring my family here to stay. Thank you Hyatt Orlando Airport crew.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
