The location is the biggest issue as it is not convenient to the city or the airport. However, if you don't mind public transportation, you can get to the airport in 30 minutes and downtown in an hour. The breakfast was great and I had dinner there one night and the steak was delicious. The desk agent that checked me in started the stay off poorly by blatantly lying about the room having two beds, which we reserved far in advance. I'm not really sure why such a horrible lie was made. The other agent started to do the same when we went to see if we could switch but then switched gears to apologizing for our reserved room not being available. If not for that, I'd say it was better than any US Hyatt Place, but that sort of thing seems to be consistent along the line, no matter the country. The bed was comfortable and the shower was decent.

Stayed here in preparation for a long flight. Airport shuttle service was exceptional. Our driver, Taner, was extremely helpful as I was traveling with several large bags, a two-year old, and a pregnant wife. He went well out of his way to help us and made our trip much easier.

Stayed here for a quick overnight traveling from Disneyland to Epernay. We arrived late after a day at Disney, but reception was still well staffed and we were helped quickly. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is a maze with long hallways so it was a bit of a trek to our room. The room itself was excellent, large, clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed slightly less though. The bathroom was very clean with nice toiletries. Only downside was the aircon which didn't cool very much, making the room a bit stuffy. Couldn't open a window either, which makes sense considering the location. The coffee machine was noteworthy, it used strange coffee-balls to brew a cup, which was a fun quirky thing I've never seen before. Hotel facilities are good, there's a small pool and a well-equipped gym downstairs, as well as a restaurant, bar and little shop area. Location is good, pretty close to CDG and a few minutes from the Aeroville shopping center.

I have stayed twice at this hotel, and make no mistake by the name having the airport, it is not close to the airport and is a pretty big hassle to get to and from the city and the airport, even with their shuttle service. This is one of the more poorly run Hyatts I have stayed at. They are not great at logistics of check in/check outs with their rooms and their front desk staff is abysmal. Lea, specifically, was so unbelievably rude and dismissive. The other girl they had working was completely clueless. If you’re a globalist, keep moving beyond this hotel because none of your benefits matter whatsoever. They offered to “keep luggage” because they had no early check in available, but then proceeded to pile everyone’s bags in the same area not marking a single one with a name. What a complete joke. Rooms are nice when they are cleaned properly. Can hear the air conditioner outside running all night. I’m sure there are plenty of other hotels that will be better than this.

SUPREMELY INCONVENIENT. Worst Hyatt we’ve ever stayed at. Reception staff is aloof and rude, unhelpful, and does the absolute bare minimum effort required. Airport shuttle is 5€ per person but what they don’t tell you is that it’s only starting at 7am and will not drop off at any other terminal than 3. Air France international flights will depart from terminal 2 and you will have to take a shuttle from the drop off location. When we enquired about the shuttle there was absolutely no mention of this. There is also a 5€ fee for use of the lobby coffee machine and no included breakfast as is standard at most Hyatt Place hotels. Will never come back to this property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
