After spending a week at Holiday Inn Express, this was a beauty. Beautiful landscape, gorgeous indoor pool and outdoor Jacuzzi and the breakfast was phenomenal, it felt like home, cozy, comfortable, spacious room and delicious breakfast. The service was great and I really appreciate the kindness of the staff during check in time due to technical difficulties. I will make the Hyatt my go to place. Loved the stay and everything about it!

Flight was delayed due to inclement weather and had to stay the night at Reno. Hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient. Management and staff were awesome, professional, and very helpful! Checkout is at 1200 but with notice they may extend to 1300. Complementary breakfast is from 0600-1000 and was good. Flight was hours after checkout and they were able to tag and hold onto our bags in a secured room while we explored Reno. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay the night.

Friendly staff. Great to have breakfast in the hotel. The room was a bit dirty and smelled though, the odor is coming from near the fridge, perhaps the condensed water isn't being wiped properly? Bath room had hair from previous stay, which was also a bit unpleasant.

Update: January 2024 Google asked for an updated review. So here goes! This is a regular stop for me as I travel here for 2 -3 weeks at a time. Rooms have always been clean, fresh and tidy. Location is great as it's by the airport and close to the freeway. I can be on my way to work or dinner quickly. I'm back to giving 5 stars, it finally seems the side effects of the pandemic have been removed. Covid barriers have been removed, real forks added back to the dining area and back to normal breakfast with eggs Great place and friendly staff

This hotel was so close to the airport. It was amazing to drive 3 min. after a late night flight. The rooms were a bit dated, but very nice and clean! The breakfast was the best out of the 5 hotels we stayed in on our trip! I loved the fresh berries!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
