The property was very nice. New, well laid out, clean rooms. Very nice outdoor courtyard with a fireplace. The customer facing employees need training or replacement. Two that I encountered at the front desk were on their personal cell phones. They both had a hard time communicating with guests.

Being a dog friendly hotel, they might have put dog pee repellent on all the grass area on property (very tiny in the first place). Our dog never had any potty issues with new environment but he hopped over the plant area and refused to go near there all four times during our stay. There is no good place for potty near the hotel either (being at a highway exit).

Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. “Pet friendly” is a complete joke, they charge $75 extra for just one night and laugh in your face if it’s an ESA. The staff was insanely rude, even asking me what my disability was, which is completely illegal. On top of that, everything about the hotel screamed bare minimum—no microwave, barely any plug outlets, hideous lighting, carpet, and furniture, .5 ply toilet paper and tissues that felt like sandpaper, awfully cheap bulk shampoo/conditioner/bodywash glued to the shower wall, no body lotion, no bathroom fan, leaky shower, super uncomfortable mattress that gave me and my bf severe back and neck pain, and the tiniest hotel room I have ever stayed in that actually made me claustrophobic. Also didn’t help the 2 tiny windows were literally facing a wall. Save yourself the super unpleasant experience and book elsewhere!!

We stayed for 3 nights with our small dog. There's a $75 one time fee for the pet cleaning fee, $9.99 per day for parking, daily $30 occupancy tax on top of the daily rate. Anyway, good location-very near restaurants, mall and freeway intersections. Rooms have a mini fridge and working AC. Mattresses are comfortable but the pillows were too soft IMO. Also, you can hear the water flowing whenever other guests take a shower. The free breakfast options: Bacon, pancakes or french toast, boiled, scrambled eggs, individual boxes of cereal and oatmeal, bagels, and bananas. Check in staff were ok. I would not say they were welcoming or professional looking One of them was wearing a hoodie. The only reason we chose this location was because of our pet. Otherwise, we would have made reservations at a classier hotel.

Gorgeous hotel with a very nice service. The underground onsite parking is $10 per night extra. Our evening receptionist wasn’t very engaging and came off a little rude. That’s why the 1 star less However, Daniel at night was really helpful and friendly. Thanks Daniel :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
