Stayed twice previously, one of my favorite locations in Shanghai Roomy, but in poor condition compared to last stay in 2019 (see photo); worst of all, there was incessant drilling starting at 8:30am (see video). Asked the hotel staff about it and they said it was from a neighboring tenant that they couldn’t do anything about. Last thing you need when jet lagged from a Trans-Pacific flight. To cap it off, the hotel didn’t credit me with Hyatt points until I complained twice online and submitted my checkout invoice.

Stayed here for the first time. Found the place pretty decent. Rooms are new, clean and quite spacious. The hotel is a new property. Breakfast is quite decent. Walking distance to the city centre. Only downside is that this place has no room-service or restaurant for having food. Only breakfast is served.

Not better than others. Pathetic Service level and in-courteous staff. Ambiance & aura of hotel room corridors doesn't give a positive or healthy feeling. You won't see anyone around. No Wifi. No support for WiFi. No toiletries in room. It's not an enjoyable stay and there is no reason to stay here again, unless some compulsion. Not a good choice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place during CNY 2019. Every member of staff I talked with were friendly, welcoming, and professional. I received 5-star assistance from Lester, Depp, Jacky, and Kelvin and always felt listened to and taken care of. The hotel is extremely clean and new feeling, even though it's a year old. The rooms are spacious and we'll thought out. I appreciated the attention to detail - the numerous power outlets in room, the espresso machine, the shower head facing away from you when you first turn on the water (so you don't get a shock of cold water). The free breakfast in the morning rivals the more expensive hotels and has a wide range of Western and Asian dishes. I always had plenty to eat (even as a vegetarian). I also loved how close the hotel is to the metro. Just 5 minutes walking and you're there. Super easy. And the metro line you're near is the one that connects you to both airports and to many top tourist locations. I highly recommend this Hyatt Place, and I look forward to future visits here! Thank you to the tram - especially Lester, Depp, Jacky, and Kelvin - for such a great stay.

Good points: room is modern, very spacious and clean, good bed too. Nice breakfast. Bad points: No room service, you have to get your food in the 1st floor?? There was some parasite noise in the room, like a flicking light, the smoke detector over the bed is equipped with blinking lights... pool under maintenance the 2 days of my stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
