Hotel is nice and conveniently located. Very quiet area and atmosphere. The rooms are nice, but the lightening isn’t the best I feel. One of our bathroom sink lights was out. There is a light at the bottom of the bed we couldn’t figure out how to turn off and it’s bright at bedtime. We actually covered it with a sofa pillow because it was a bit of an annoyance. The plugs on both of the nightstands next to the beds did not work either. The shower water pressure was nice and hot. There is a major flaw in the shower design though. Even when the glass doors are closed, the floor gets soaking wet because there’s nothing connecting the doors or should I say sealing them from the water getting out. There’s about a 2 inch gap between the sliding doors. If we didn’t have towels down, the floor would’ve been flooded. Overall, it was a nice stay and we’d stay again.

Overall, my stay was great. Service and the check in process was good (quite average). Room was big, nice, and clean. Safety was good, it did not feel like I would get stolen. I would recommend staying here!

Was only here for a night but had a pretty good stay overall. Our room was clean, and smelled fine. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and met needs. The property was rather quiet, which was surprising. Parkjng was easy, as they have an adjacent deck. The service at the front desk could've been better, but they made efforts to accommodate. I'd come back for another stay, due to getting a good price for this part of Atlanta.

Look really great and luxurious when you enter and smell really great, but when we got to our room, the carpet inside was very dirty and the room had a bad odor that stayed the whole time we were there, stains on the wall. The bathroom curtain was dirty looking which was disappointing , the sheets smelled funny and didn’t have a clean smell. I didn’t make a big deal since we were planning on spending most of our time outdoors. I just wish the carpets were not so dirty and it didn’t have that smell, it was unbearable but it is obvious they need to either do some remodeling or steam clean their carpets. The front desk person was very nice and they always smile and show concern to your needs.

Super clean, fancy place to stay the night. Was surprisingly one of the cheaper options for a last minute trip to stone mountain (approximately 25 minutes to the main gate, and probably less than that to the west gate). You do have to pay to park, think it was like $8 or $10 per night, which was kind of annoying to have tacked on as an extra fee.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
