This is a lovely hotel, we visited the bar here only and did not stay at the hotel itself. The rooftop bar is really well designed and very impressive with great music. The only downside is the atmosphere and the fact it never gets busy. There is a further rooftop level above the rooftop bar which gives amazing views of the city. A real shame it never got busy, but really impressive. Worth a look and a drink. Very romantic restaurant beneath bar you walk through to reach the rooftop.

Staying here for 5 days with my husband for our first visit to Bangkok. We got the king bed room and it’s very spacious and clean. Though the location is a bit inconvenient for our plans (food is overpriced and geared towards tourists), the concierge- particularly Pu and Yo, have been incredibly helpful with getting us car service, reservations and providing wonderful recommendations!

Great breakfast. Service is amazing. Rooms are worn. Rooftop bar is quaint perfect and serves great drinks. Rooftop DJs are too loud. I want to be able to talk at 8 pm, I’m having food, with friends. I don’t care about music. After 9:30 turn it up!

Stayed one week here. Great staff and facilities. From the front desk, valet to restaurant & bar staff, they are all well trained and professional. It’s shame they are not at this level back home in US. Hotel itself is located close to everything. Red light district bars, shopping mall, and public transportation is all walking distance from the hotel. Also located next to other branded 5 star hotels. Great breakfast buffet, good dining options/monthly specials, well run member club access and beautiful multi level roof top bar make memorable stay. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff and service are immaculate, the hotel is clean and quiet, the meals are delicious, and the location is great! I had originally booked at a different hotel which was rather disappointing. I walked a block and found the Hyatt the staff quickly booked our rooms and we were able to switch hotels which was a blessing! No complaints here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
