We had a good stay at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The bed was very comfortable and it was a more modern room with a nice couch. We absolutely loved the hotel gym-it was very large and clean with great equipment. Location was good-was able to walk to a lot of things. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because we had Hyatt Regency Club access and no one explained to us how the free breakfast worked until it was too late! We stayed for 3 days and thought there would be breakfast in the club but there were only granola bars and yogurt cups. On the last day that we checked out we were told that we could have actually had a free full breakfast in the restaurant on the main floor with the club access! We would have saved over $100 going out for breakfast if we had known that. We did eat at the restaurant once but received a bill that was for $72 and we charged it to the room. Upon checkout it was explained this was "comped" with the Regency club access. It was nice to get the 1 free breakfast but if we had known how this worked we would have eaten there all three mornings. The check in staff should do a better job explaining this and it should be noted in the check in info on the app....

Ive stayed at a lot of hotels downtown and this one by far has been the best. The service was excellent and staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was great and the gym was top notch... My only complaint was the server at the American Craft restaurant could have been friendlier... Other than that everything was top notch.

Probably the standard for hotel quality in Downtown Chicago. I've never had problems with this place being clean. The room designs still look new. I only wonder if they have rooms with walk in showers instead. Location is perfect. Reasonable prices can be found out of peak season

Each member displayed incredible professionalism and genuine care. The hotel was fantastic! Gorgeous views, friendly staff, awesome amenities, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel provided complimentary water bottles, and even brought up a fan because I can’t sleep without one! If I had one complaint it would be the valet/parking prices. They are a bit extreme at $86/night. Although I did find the hotel price itself to be very reasonable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
