Even though it seems that the hotel is quite far away from the city center, you are really good connected. 30 min from the airport by metro, and you have a metro & bus station next to the hotel. (take a tourist metro card which is 6€ per day) What we absolutely loved was: - the gym as you have a really cool morning view with the sunrise and it is good equipped - the breakfast which in my opinion was one of the best hotel breakfasts I had so far, as the quality of the food is superior and the presentation/service is amazing. Only thing I didn‘t love was the bathroom as it‘s quite old, the water pressure for the bathtube and the old windows in the room..

Good overall. Mostly standard Hyatt Regency experience. We asked for a room facing inside and there was no noise. Convenient transportation with subway and bus stations downstairs. Issues: - There are windows in the bathroom but no curtains. And the door between the bathroom and the bedroom is also glass. So it doesn't blackout completely during day time if you want to sleep. To be fair, they are frosted glass so it's not that bright. - Most front desks are very friendly and helpful. But there was one person that refused to provide an extra duvet with the excuse saying the hotel doesn't have any extra duvet. I stay in 10+ hotels every year and always ask for an extra duvet, this never happened. So I asked another person and got it.

I've had a great stay in the Hyatt Hotel. The check-in went easy and smooth, with pleasant reception staff. The room was nice, clean, with gifts throughout the week to thank me for the stay. The valet service was great, always available when needed. I didn't need to wait more than 5 minutes for the car most days. The gym is placed on the top floor, which is located through a staircase, and then a 5m walk under an unroofed area, where you could get wet if rainy. Breakfast was a nice light Spanish breakfast with fresh OJ always available, and good tasty dishes. Definitely looking forward to returning to the hotel.

Excellent stay, fantastic 5* hotel, great location, rooms have everything you need and beds really comfy. The staff go above and beyond. We had a lovely welcome from Noelia at reception and Alejandro Guest Experience. Pablo welcomed us at breakfast, wonderful selection for breakfast, lovely touch serving fresh orange juice and coffee to the table and you can order a lovely selection of hot dishes and toasts. Thank you to all the team for a fantastic stay.

Had a wonderful stay in this HR in Madrid. Excellent service, fabulous morning buffet. Raquel at front desk went above and beyond to welcome me after a difficult 24 hour trip! She's the best, and is a great example of what "Hospitality" means! A shout out to Marta at the front desk as well! Thank you all!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
