Just spent 3 nights in the hotel and my wife and I could not be happier with the service offered and accommodation. Everyone was extremely attentive to our needs. Beautiful hotel with great spa/pool/sauna. Special thanks to John for helping us out with our bags and finding the perfect room and also to Mahir, from the fitness, for such attention and kindness.

Amazing experience at Hyatt Regency Ataköy Luxury hotel with a real swimming pool and gym. Very helpful personnel at reception and at restaurant. Excellent breakfast with great selection and personal service. We had really enjoyable breakfasts together with my extended family. We were specially taken care of by Mrs. Dilan Kaya during breakfasts, for which we are very grateful.

The breakfast is wonderful, a lot of varieties , service is extremely professional and friendly. The staff are the ones who make all the difference in the world and especially with Mr. Tayyip who was very attentive , served with a great enthusiasm and with a pleasant smile . That really made all the difference in the enjoyment of our breakfast at BRIZO.

As usual the elegant Hyatt Regency is a great choice. Close to the former airport and in front of the Bosphorus. Rooms are very good, nice spa, place to have a nice air cut and amazing bar on the top floor with stunning views, good drinks and good cigars. Question mark on the taxi services provided by third parties 200 Euros for a trip return with the strange obligation to pay half in cash

Stayed on 29th Dec. night. Cancelled my stay for 30th Dec. night and moved to another hotel close by. Worst 5 star hotel experience I have ever had. Room furniture is old, room is dusty. Personnel is cold, almost rude. Nothing that makes the money worth.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
