Wonderful hotel. Very Japanese aesthetic, modern and minimalist. Our room looks out onto a groomed Japanese garden. Hotel feels newer and is very clean. Amazing linens. Very comfortable bed. Wet room with a smaller bath. Very attentive staff and excellent concierge who helped us plan an afternoon of sight-seeing in this delightful city.

The room was amazing, with a headboard made from reused Kimono fabric and a great view of the traditional garden. The staff were all very helpful and kind. They could all speak English very well. On-site laundry is a little bit expensive, but is a very welcome feature if you are going for longer holidays.

Very nice hotel that might require to be freshen up a bit (stained carpets mainly). Rooms were cozy, service was good, but the position is not optimal for someone who wants to be close to the action. It’s a min 20/30 minutes walk from main attractions. Especially in the evening you don’t have much around. Another note: breakfast. It’s very good but not enough tables over peak time, so you end up waiting to be seated. Bit annoying.

Our stay was fine. We quite enjoyed the spa. Room service forgot parts of our order and had to come twice. Room interior seems a little old, carpet isn't immaculate, etc. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel which is convenient.

I’m glad we chose to stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and it is a cute and clean hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There aren’t a lot of restaurants right outside the hotel, but they were a very short drive away and we found the location to be convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
