I have been at the Hyatt around 7 times, it's a beautiful hotel, the rooms are very clean and great equipped, iron board, iron, hairdryer, kettle, cups, different teas and coffees in the room, fridge, slippers. Amazing breakfast, lots of choices. Great customer service from the receptionist to the bar staff and the breakfast staff, friendly customer service, Halina always look after me. Great location. Highly recommended it.

Enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is in a great location attached to the Westfield shopping mall, so there are tons of shops and restaurants. The metro line is also less than a 5 minute walk, with easy access to all the sights of London. Very close to London City airport as well.

Great experience! Amazing location honestly. Easy nearby parking with reasonable price. Staff are very welcoming and professional. Facilities are nice and clean. They could improve their breakfast a bit but overall would definitely go back again while in London

We hired one of the meeting rooms at the hotel and was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel and room. Great location, and the customer service was impeccable. The food for catering was delicious and enjoyed by everyone who attended. I would highly recommend it. It's located in the heart of Westfield Stratford, so there are plenty of shops and restaurants and things to do nearby.

Stayed for a night. I like this hotel and have stayed before. All of the staff, starting from the ground floor doormen to the reception and dining staff are really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is good value and is excellent. Its location is just opposite the shopping centre,casino,car park, pubs and restaurants. It's a small walk if you are going to ABBA. Train Station just opposite.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
