Better than 4 stars in my opinion. Really close to the airport with an excellent shuttle service. The one and only downside was that it took over a month to get the security deposit back. Not sure if that was the hotel's fault, my bank's fault - or my fault for using a debit card instead of a credit card (is there a difference??). But that aside, it is a pretty good place to stay, especially for a night or 2 and you want to be close to the airport.

I walked over from LAX to have some food and relax during a long layover. What a great choice! The little bar was comfortable. The service was great, fast. I had a chicken sandwich and fries, large portion, reasonable price, tasty. I highly recommend this place, if you want to get away from the airport and just chill.

This was a pretty typical airport hotel experience and it was fine. We were in a room directly facing the freeway and airport runway and the soundproofing was quite good as we couldn’t hear any noise. The shower was quite disappointing though as the shower head was small and the water pressure was incredibly poor. There is a breakfast buffet for globalists and it was unremarkable with the standard breakfast fare of bacon, eggs, sausage and pastries. The hotel shuttle to LAX was pretty quick and convenient, we didn’t even have to wait in the morning as one was ready and waiting downstairs right as we exited. This probably wouldn’t be my hotel of choice for a longer trip in LA, but I think it’s fine for a 1 night stay where you need to be close to LAX.

The two reasons I reserved this hotel was proximity to LAX and they offer 24/7 shuttle service to LAX. But my appreciation of this hotel goes further. The staff was super helpful and attentive in a very relaxed, not overbearing way. The shuttle was on time - and for being at 3:30am - the driver was as pleasant as could be. The room was cozy, well appointed and cleaner than any room I stayed in in awhile. Highly, highly recommend!

The room is clean, basics are provided but don’t expect, slippers, robe, toiletries other than soap and shampoo. Airport Shuttle comes very often but don't expect them to take you if the luggage rack is full in bus. You will be turned away even though plenty of passenger seats are available for you but not for your luggage. As an airport hotel, I would expect there to be service throughout the day/night. At around 9 pm , called to have wake up call at 6 am to make my flight - just in case my iPhone alarm fails. Called wake up service and front desk 3-4 times each on hotel phone and no one picks up. Had to call customer service (located in the Philippines) on my phone to have them try to locate someone in the hotel to pick up the phone . Kind of ridiculous. Location is super convenient but service is good but not as great as other Hyatt Regency hotels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
