These one star reviews make no sense. We stayed here for 10 days in September 2023. Excellent service. There were no “smoking lamps” or dangerous situations. It was quiet, there are no noisy bars - this is financial district. Yes, they have a 2 in 1 washer dryer set up like all of Madrid homes - all of which don’t dry clothes. But that is a sad fact of life. The value is great. The location is great. And yeah, you can stay closer to the tourist district and be in a 20 meter square hotel OR you can be in 100 m2 comfort. The cleaning people are solid (tip them a little and service improves - perhaps a lesson for the negative reviewers) and if you are nice to them they will accommodate your schedule. Smile, be kind and generous - simple.

Lovely little apart-hotel affiliated with the Hyatt Regency down the street. All apartments are rented out, some for short stays and some for longer. Well situated in an attractive part of the city, not far from where you probably want to be, but not right in the tourist center. the apartments are tightly organized to include more features, so don't expect the kitchen to be a room--it's a feature on what is really a hallway. Storage is tight but they really make the most of the space and you'll find room for your things. Service is very attentive, but there's generally one person working the desk, so there may be times you find it unoccupied. Bring the phone number with you when you check in, in case they are on a short break or helping someone else and can't buzz you in. Once you have your key, it's not important. The very small lobby has comfortable seating and a small Nespresso machine. Would definitely return.

The hotel is fairly new (Nov 2021) and taxi drivers didn't know it was there. These were apartments and not your classic hotel. Great size for a family to stay and be comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
