        Stayed here for a conference a few months ago. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was small and ugly. The food at Sixes and Eights was delicious and the bar has great drinks too. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. My only issue is the location. Yes it’s connected to McCormick place, but that also makes it impossible to get an Uber to pick you up from the lobby when there’s an event. Overall a very good experience.

        My room was really nice and comfortable. The convention center was conveniently attached to the hotel. The staff I did come across were very friendly. I ate at The Arc every night of my stay and I enjoyed every meal I ordered. The hot sauce wings were my favorite. I walked over to the other side of the convention center and saw a fantastic view of the skyline and lake. The only downside for me was I couldn't get comfortable in the bed. The pillows were too soft and squishy and the mattress had a bit of a dip in it. I couldn't get any sleep which is why I rated it a 3.

        Our team was attending a conference in McCormick Center. Hotel was attached to Convention Center making it an easy walk. Staff friendly. Hotel bed was so soft and comfy. Appreciate the hardworking housekeeping dept. We wanted to have sit down breakfast then later lunch in hotel restaurants but both closed during busy times. Easy location to drive to with several restaurants relatively close that were easy to walk to.

        Our family of musicians attended the Midwest Clinic and then stayed at the hotel through Christmas as a family vacation. The people that work at this hotel are very kind and helpful! They were so attentive to our needs and were able to take care of us at every turn. Special thanks to Rosemary and Kiki for making sure we had accommodations for everyone from age 16-80. This is a “convention hotel,” but the service is above and beyond. We will of course be visiting again.

        I was very disappointed in the hotels published amenities, I and my husband, chose to go to Chicago to a weekend get away. they offered 3? places to eat/dine in the hotel, Only 1 breakfast Market basically. No lounges were open either. Also, there was no shuttle or spa as they advertised. Outside places were a bit far if your elderly too. Would not recommend.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
