Beautiful establishment, we went the weekend of Christmas. Heated pool, that doesn’t close until 10pm. The restaurants we tried was the best food we had in San Diego. I told my family that we all have to take a family trip and stay at this location. It did not disappoint! I always clean as soon as I go to a new hotel room, but this room was crisp (not the drain in shower it was kind of dirty). For some reason the bed smelled like bleach and that was very comforting, the sheets felt fresh and crisp. You can tell they were clean. We had an amazing view and I like how it wasn’t overly crowded and the staff was so nice.Ohhhhh….. they had a little Christmas party with Santa and an elf, which was so cute our son had a ball with the fake snow. Disliked · Supposedly, we were upgraded to a higher level room in the Tower. While the room was beautiful and clean, the noise by the marina was insane and very loud.

The location is an amazing location. The views, the atmosphere, the location are absolutely stunning. The room would have received higher rating if they had a microwave. There’s a refrigerator but no microwave. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing. The food at the restaurant is hot or miss…either amazing or just ok. Overall a great experience.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa And Marina. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the resort. One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible pool area. The pool itself was not only spacious but also beautifully maintained, offering a serene place to relax and soak up the California sunshine. The real treat, though, was the water slides! They provided endless fun for both kids and adults alike, adding an exciting element to the pool experience. What truly stood out to me about the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay was its commitment to being a kid-friendly destination. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that families had everything they needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the poolside activities to the attentive childcare services, it's clear that they understand the importance of catering to young guests. Overall, my experience at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa And Marina was exceptional. It's the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and family-friendly fun. The staff is amazing, I d have to say Cynthia superseded expectations she checked us in 2hrs before normal time and also had to check out to be extended to 2 pm instead of 11am. The rooms are big, amazing views and good coffee facilities. Water bottles are offered only on the day of arrival but you can get extra water at reception. Pools are big, jacuzzi for 10-12 people, plenty of sitting. One of the restaurants is located inside the pool area, which makes it easy to get food and drinks while enjoying the sun.

Nice hotel. Nice amenities. Keep in mind that the bar is not really bar atmosphere. There are two restaurants. One is more formal than the other. The other seems more cafeteria type. No Room Service. You have to order your food and go pick it up. Pools are nice. We checked in early but found the bathroom still had the last occupants towels on the floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
