They refused to provide hot chocolate sachets in the room. Not reaching for the stars here Hyatt, this is pretty basic. Menu seriously needs more healthy vegetarian or vegan options in it. The kettle in the room was flimsy, expected Hyatt to have better quality kettle.Other than that service and stay was pretty wonderful. Room was very clean, staff was very helpful, housekeeping was on point.

Posting a bit late, we were there mid Oct and had a wonderful stay. The staff at the Club were very friendly and the chef too, great customer service. Also enjoyed the roof bar and fireworks. Thank you.

I have stayed here many times and this time I splurged on a Harbour View Tower room. I had a really amazing stay. Staff members were lovely and accommodating, the view was epic, location is just a 7 minute stroll from Town Hall - easy with bags. My room was very quiet. Previously, when I have stayed in cheaper rooms, noise was a problem, but not this time. I ate at the restaurant which offered a 3 course seafood meal. It was OK. Not amazing, but just fine. Staff were attentive and kind. I even was offered a late checkout. This was handy as check in for the Hyatt is late by Sydney standards (3pm vs the normal 2pm). Had to laugh at the $4 water - which was “free under certain conditions”. Seemed a bit stingy to me. However, when I asked for ice or a blanket, these were quickly and happily delivered to my room. Highly recommended.

We loved this place. Upgraded as a globalist on our “honeymoon/engagement” tour, we had a gorgeous view of Darling Harbor and even fireworks on the Friday we stayed there. We were given two free drinks and the breakfast in the morning was a huge buffet with an egg chef and Asian options (which I appreciated) as well as delicious fresh fruit. I booked using Hyatt Free Night certificates and was quite happy with the value I got as the room would have been 450-600 US. Overall, we found this place classy, well located and easy to like. A great home base for a romantic trip to Sydney. Note, it’s quite popular even with non guests so expect a lot of people! Also the Jackalberry bar’s cocktails were excellent!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Sydney hotel and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The hotel's location, right in the heart of the city, was a major highlight for me. Being centrally located meant that I had easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops that Sydney has to offer. One of the great advantages of this hotel is its proximity to the Big Bus tour stop. As a tourist, this was incredibly convenient as I was able to explore the city with ease. The bus stop was just a short walk away from the hotel, making it convenient for me to hop on and off the tour bus whenever I wanted to. While the hotel offered a fantastic experience, I must admit that the rates were slightly on the higher side. However, considering the excellent location and the quality of the facilities and services provided, I believe it was worth the price. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The rooms at the Hyatt Regency Sydney were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable beds and modern amenities made for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offered a range of dining options, from casual to fine dining, all of which provided delicious and high-quality meals. Additionally, the hotel boasted impressive facilities, including a fitness center and a rooftop pool with stunning views of the city skyline. These amenities added an extra touch of luxury to my stay and allowed me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Sydney hotel. Its central location, proximity to the Big Bus tour stop, and excellent facilities make it a great choice for anyone visiting Sydney. While it may be slightly more expensive, the quality of the experience and the convenience of the location make it worth every penny.
