It doesn’t live up to the ‘Hyatt’ standards (it being super high class) but it’s a nice hotel to stay in. The space was quite small (for 3) and the beds were quite hard, but it seems to be the norm in japan The bathroom was displeasing. There was a toilet in front of the sink, which limits movement in the bathroom but the shower was alright, there wasn’t much space to put your own shampoos, conditioners etc but it’s bearable The location is quite good!! There’s an underground station right below the hotel which can easily take you to shinjuku station (which is the main station) or you can walk there within 15 minutes (assuming a consistent pace and fast pace is present There was also a park right behind the hotel so a morning jog is accessible :)

A superb room. Comfortable, extremely quiet and exceptionally clean. The hotel is away from the noisiest parts of the area, but close enough that you can walk to most places nearby (or catch the subway, which has an entrance in the same building). The staff that we interacted with were, without exception, helpful & polite. I'd recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

During our two-night stay in Japan, the hotel left much to be desired. The outdated facilities, uncomfortable bed and pillows, and mold in the bathroom were disappointing. On a positive note, the view from the window was fantastic. The breakfast buffet, costing around ¥12,000 for two adults and one child, was a highlight. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
