The Staff were all super friendly and attentive. Great service. Rooms had big spacious balconies beachfront . Beach was clean of seaweed. The pool water was a little cool but refreshing . Martin , is one of the best server’s we’ve had! ( you cannot order food by the pool though.) But the food was really good especially at the sushi’s restaurant, Tempest ! Capri grill was also really delicious. Loved the ambience of the hotel. wide-open lobby with a breeze coming in, smelled good, clean, classy music in the lobby at night ( piano, guitare …)

We had a fabulous time at this resort! I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say. Staff: Incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms: Clean, comfortable and plenty of amenities. Property: Beautiful, impeccably maintained, never sloppy. Entertainment: Varied and very high-quality. One evening there was a beach BBQ with live music, another evening an outdoor magic show with great music, 2 piano evenings, a guitar evening. Very enjoyable! The resort is so manageable - nothing is ever far away. We couldn't remember all of the names of the amazing and dedicated staff members, but TJ the butler is fantastic, Ernesto the beach butler made our cabana day perfect, and Alberto from the beach bar was just an amazing person. When you arrive you might meet Marianna who is so sweet. I will truly miss these people and would go back to this resort without any hesitation.

This was our first all-inclusive experience and it really set the tone for service going forward. Everyone we interacted with from the moment we arrived was so warm and attentive. We came over MLK weekend and expected it to be busy given the holiday weekend in the states, but we had no problem getting into Tempest or grabbing a shaded chair at the beach every morning. Ivan, our server the evening we ate at Capri Grill, stood out as an excellent interaction during our stay. He was extremely attentive throughout our meal, despite also having a 16-top next to us. The beach area here is lovely, spacious, uncrowned, and the servers in the area were constantly around to grab empties or another round. I'd heavily recommend this to anyone looking for a stress free vacation.

Staff were all super friendly and attentive. Everyone spoke good English and it was easy to communicate. Great service. Rooms had big spacious balconies, air-conditioning kept the room cold, there was a ceiling fan, Nespresso machine, large shower with hot water, private toilet room. Mattresses were firm which I liked but my wife did not. We could occasionally hear the people above us moving furniture along the floor but otherwise cannot hear our neighbors. Beach was clean of seaweed, water was warm for December, loved laying on the cabana beds during sunrise and at night. Pool was split between quiet side and party side so it was nice to have those options. Water was a little cool but refreshing on a hot day. You can order drinks at the swim up bar or workers go around by the lounge chairs throughout the day, you cannot order food by the pool though. Food was mostly really good. Sushi and hibachi were the best, make reservations. Capri Grill was also really good. We could always find a few things that we liked from the buffet. We typically did room service for breakfast every day. You can place an order for the following day for room service and it was always delivered right on time. Really enjoyed getting coffee from the coffee shop every day as well. They had good activities such as pottery workshop, guacamole workshop, dance class, yoga, exercise class, music trivia, live band on the beach, piano and saxophone player in the lobby, and things like that. Loved the ambience of the hotel. Just felt wide-open with a breeze coming in, smelled good, clean, decorated for Christmas, classy music in the lobby at night. We got really bit up by mosquitoes one day so make sure to bring bug spray. Sunscreen and snacks in the gift shop where really expensive so make sure to ask about prices.

The resort itself is well kept and pretty. One of the best on this strip. Marianna at the pool bar is very sweet. It can take awhile to get drinks at time, they could use more bartenders however they were always friendly.. Highly suggest picking up some bottles at Duty Free on the way in to make your trip more enjoyable. We were thrilled with the option to upgrade our experience at dinner with bottle service, we were in much need of a break from resort drinks. However we had some shady business. Unfortunately the waiter(s) and his managers actions were unacceptable. I have never felt so trapped. This was our last night at the resort and I could not leave fast enough after this experience. We were promised that it would be easier with a big group for them if we did bottle service and they would do half-off of bottle service if we accommodated their server needs. We were happy to upgrade. We confirmed this deal with our waiters several times. We were shocked to find out at check out that none of these deals were honored and their 50% off was really 15% off. Bait and switch. The manager and wait staff were very rude. We ordered at total of 5 bottles! This is not experience I would want for myself for any friends. Please protect yourself when in a foreign country and get everything confirmed in writing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
