We booked at Hydria Rooms but we are left in dismay after receiving a room that is not conforming to the photos of what we booked and was confirmed for. To top-up the bad experience, we were welcomed by a receptionist who seemed agitated at us after we communicated that the room is not what we booked for. She didn’t offer other solution, other than simply say, if we don’t like the room we can cancel the booking and we are free to look for another place to stay at for the night. As for the room itself: What we liked: It’s newly renovated, modern, and spotless clean which we appreciated so much. Location is very central too, near the Sassi. Downside: It can become humid as you take shower, no other windows aside from the front door leading directly to main road, so the noise from the street is infiltrating into the room as well.

I loved this place! Stayed for 5 days and it was cleaned immaculately every single day, mini fridge and kitchen was restocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. Room was enormous and of course the design was spectacular, like a cave, but with no leakages, very cosy. Right at the entrance to the old city so location was perfect! Was sad to leave.

Enjoy a personal spa experience, next to Sassi 😊 Great staff, perfect location, and amazing bathtub! Just be aware that the ceiling is pretty thin so you might hear the neighbors (especially if they have kids 😅)

Wonderful stay at Hydria residence. Beautiful decorated room and very pleasant and polite host. We stayed for only one night and regret for not staying longer. We definitely recommend. 5* from us.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
