In terms of value and location (opposite the green vault museum in the heart of the old town) this does the job very well. Clean large rooms and good staff everywhere. Nice gym and I had it to myself. Only complaint is the breakfast coffee, yuk!

Last time I visited, the quality of the place went down. The dinner was not well prepped and the room service was slow with minimal effort. The first night at the bar was amazing, had the best bartenders, unfortunately the second time when they had different bartenders it was horrible. They just need to up the quality of stay a bit and it would be awesome to stay again

We had our Christmas dinner here. I enjoyed the choice of dishes, although I missed the salmon as it was not replenished. Excellent wines. For a Christmas dinner, I had expected more Christmas decorations in the room but for the rest the ambience was ok.

The rooms are very clean and modern equipped. The bathroom is placed in the middle of the room so that you can hear almost everything which is a little downside. The staff is very polite and friendly and also the breakfast is good but nothing super fancy. A real big plus is the location as it’s in the city center of Dresden and you can reach all the hot spots by food. One really negative point is the parking situation- the hotel has its own parking garage but is charging you 28€/day which is way too much in my opinion- my recommendation is to park at the Contipark garage which is only 7 minutes away by foot and it costs only 6€/day.

Very nice hotel and the open bath room with frosted glass doors to the toilet and shower was not a problem for us! The TV was old and small though, but over all a nice and comfortable room. The breakfast was superb! Very nice location and surrounding areas and easy to park in the hotel garage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
