Not a bad place for a week. Everything is close enouth. 5 floors, 3-4 rooms per floor. There is an elevator, but if you have problems with your legs, don't take the top floor. The elevator doesn't reach it. TV is old. You can't connect your device. The TV channels are local. The breakfast is sporty, but you won't go hungry. There is a safe. Very friendly and responsible staff. Jerry extended our room without moving. Ask and they will help you!

Stayed in the top floor suite. IT is not a suite. The slope ceilings make you feel hemmed in and while floorspace might be OK actual living space is hindered. Room is dated and old and all needs a refresh. Main issue was that it was really really hot and stuffy with no air flow through the building. We slept with patio door (to a small balcony) wide open in December.... which makes the call to prayers very loud at 6am.... Breakfast is Turkish authentic and adequate but not great. Staff are helpful though and place was clean. Lift does not go to top floor and works when it feels like it. All in all it needs a major refurb.

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is so friendly! Osman , Jerry , Sedat, and the nice lady that cooks breakfast ( sorry I forgot her name) The breakfast is delicious, room was spacious and with a view of Hagia Sophia! I stayed 3 times in this hotel and I will come back for sure!

Originally booked for 2 nights and ended up extending my stay twice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The deluxe room (#55) I stayed in was spacious and surprisingly had a nice balcony which I didn’t expect. The breakfast was adequate and while the hotel might be a bit small, it’s quiet and feels homey. The only tiny inconvenience for me was that the wifi didn’t work very reliably in my room, but this was not really a problem for me. Also, I had no problem hailing a cab right outside the hotel which is a HUGE plus considering the hardships of finding an available cab in Istanbul. In terms of price/performance I don’t think this hotel can be beaten with its prime location. I would definitely stay there again.

Made a very last minute booking while I was on the flight from Dubai to Istanbul and was lucky enough to get a room here, and was so pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the property is centrally located near the Blue Mosque and Hagya Sophia- everything was within walking distance including the train stop. The rooms are all decorated by theme and are comfortable for 1-2 people to stay in. They are pretty small so you may not have space for large suitcases or tons of luggage. The bathrooms are also small (very Euro design) but updated and very clean. Overall this hotel is so much better than the large brand locations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
