Very simple, no thrill, hotel in a great location. Nice & clean. U just can’t beat the price! All u really need for a good stay in Madrid! Coffee shop & nice tapas chain downstairs to start your day! Americans need to book a larger room!!! Would definitely consider it again for our next time! We left our phone in a room: let’s see when & how we’ll get it back.

While the location is good, it took them one hour to give me my room number. And it's a bureaucratic entering process. There's no one at the entrance, never. You can see the view of my room in the photos. No natural light ever reached my room. The rooms are loud and small. Through the walls I could hear noises, tubes, steps, the television of the next door room and people talking and people coming and going from the mail door. In general the whole context is pretty loud and noisy. For the same money of around 100€ per night you can find hotel in Madrid that have several amenities such as gym and swimming pool. The WiFi is so slow that my phone prefers to switch to mobile data all the time or when it's working the speed is around 0.5-1.0 Mbps download and 0.3-0.8 in upload. Sometimes it loses connection to the server and won't reconnect for longer periods. I told the supervisor via Whatsapp, but he replied he couldn't do much as he was not here.

We never received the code to enter the hotel. If it hadn't been for another guest, I don't know what would have been done. The room lacked hot water. Although I must admit that it was clean.

Service via whatsapp, so on site this happens with codes so no one on site unless there are problems but responds immediately, perfect room, coffee, tea, shower product, shampoo TV but in Spanish, so take your Netflix accounts, service very good , in English!, I confirm, weak point: view from the windows but when you sleep 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
