Location excellent. Room was spotless and the design is so efficient and practical it’s remarkable. Whomever designed the room really knew what they were doing. The young lady managing this property was so courteous and friendly I really appreciated that. You won’t beat the value for the money at I Loft Porto. Highly recommended.

The staff responded promptly to my emails and the space was very clean and everything functioned well. The location was absolutely perfect and right in the middle of the action. I would stay here again.

Great place for staying. From 5-20 min walks you can see all the most beautiful sights in Porto. Also there are plenty or bars and restaurants around. City located on hills so be prepared to loose a few kilos 😉 Rooms are clean. Very friendly and helpful stuff with amazing bar. So you got everything needed for an outstanding vacation. Thank you Camila for all your help 🙏🏻

Nice very compact garden flat. Very convenient location. Clean and will a kitchen, but you probably would not use it given the café around the corner. Slight criticism, the bin area smelled of drains.

It was a pleasure staying there. We really loved the sweet Appartement, the kind welcome and contact, and especially the location! It’s really central located and surrounded by great restaurants. However you should know that it’s a little loud at night due to the glass windows. Besides that we really had a great time and I can totally recommend it:)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
