        10/10 - Great hotel! Such good value for money. Staff were super friendly and helpful and cared for us. Room was massive and clean with shampoo/shower gel, coffee/tea and good AC. Great views from the room. Laundry facilities for 30baht and free tea and coffee in the lobby. Great location. We didn't use the pool as we were busy during the day, but I'd say it's a bit dated but not an issue as we're in the middle of a city. The coffee club next door was a treat. Highly recommend, great price!

        A good hotel. No Hilton, but the rooms are large, clean and well kept. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Parking was always available. The location isn't far from downtown Phuket town. Would stay again

        Situated in old town so there are a lot of things to do here. Hotel is relatively comfortable and staff are incredibly friendly. One thing I love about it is that it's quiet and situated around Nice food. I just have a 1 thing I hope the hotel would improve on, is to bolt the bed to the wall, at times the bed can slide a bit when resting on the head rest. If I am coming back to Phuket I'm surely coming back here

        The rejection people were best in best though it is an old hotel,but cleanliness topnotch. Nothing to say about the view, can't be described. You have got laundry service in cheapest, everything is nearby aswell. 100 out of 10.

        iPavilion is an older-style hotel, so the rooms are generously spacious. The bed is large and comfy, the wifi works great, and nights are pleasantly quiet. You get a fantastic mountain/city view from the room and plenty of parking. The staff is super friendly. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the old town, where you’ll find charming coffee shops, tasty local food, and a lively walking/shopping street on Sundays (if I remember correctly). I personally find it unfair that some reviews are giving the place low-ratings about the location not being close to the beach or nightlife in Patong, but the hotel is correctly marked on Google Maps and the booking website—it’s right in the city. There’s a school nearby, so you might hear announcements for about 30 minutes on weekdays, but that didn’t bother us. The toilet could use a bit of renovation, as mentioned in some other reviews—it’s a tad old and moldy in certain corners. Despite that, I’d definitely choose to stay at iPavilion again on my next visit to Phuket.
