Perfect location, very near to train station , few walking distance from attractive locations. Hotel is great for a 3 star great value for money. Rooms are clean and tidy. Clarissa the general manager is amazing, very caring and very easy to communicate with. She makes sure you have a wonderful stay.

Great place close to Florence S.M.N. train station and restaurants. Clarisse the host and her family is genuinely excited to have guests visit and appreciate the city they were born in. The room was cleaned and disinfected every day with a traditional Italian breakfast served in the mornings. And the room was pleasantly quiet, giving you a peaceful rest away from the noise in the street after touring the city. Small suggestions to the host: 1. It may be beneficial to install an anti-slipping mat in the shower to prevent injuries as well as damage to your property. 2. The elevator is sometimes stuck in the bottom floor so we ended up “touring” your palace.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at the I sleep B&B. The hotel is located in the city center next to the famous tourist spots and only 3 min foot walk from the main train station. Service was extraordinary - thank you so much!! And the rooms are lovely furnished. Thank you so much for everything. We highly recommend this cute little hotel.

This Bed and breakfast is a hidden affordable gem! It's centrally located, clean and Clary the owner is super attentive and hospitable. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was yummy! Excellent coffee :) I must for us! If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
