An exceptional experience although unfortunately very short. Just a hit and run to visit the wonderful Matera. Angela and Fedele were super kind in everything, right from the first telephone contact, and until the end with a small and delicious gift. The location is strategic for the stones, and at the same time very quiet, the rooms are brand new, welcoming, cheerful, super clean and super fragrant. Legendary breakfast with delicious homemade cakes made by Angela, cappuccino, various juices and excellent espresso coffee, and I'm Neapolitan, so it's really excellent. Definitely coming back.

We stayed one night to see the stones. Angela and Fedele are two exquisite and kind people Spotlessly clean and fragrant rooms, very good breakfast with Angela's homemade products. Very good cakes. When we left they also gave us some freshly picked figs and biscuits. Absolutely recommended, also for the location, a short walk from the center. We will be back.

Highly recommended B&B! The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished and characterized by a floral theme. The bathroom attached to the room, although not large, is functional and clean. The owners, Angela and Fedele, are kind and helpful people who made our stay in their facility pleasant. Breakfast is enriched with local baked goods and, above all, Angela's homemade desserts, so it is fully satisfying. Finally, the strategic position about 900 meters from the stones and with ample free parking in front, make it a convenient solution for those with a car, considering that the central area of Matera has limited traffic.

We stayed in this b&b during a visit to Matera and we were very satisfied, the room and bathroom were perfectly clean, the breakfast was delicious, the owner was very kind and available to give us excellent advice. The structure is located a few steps from the historic center and, importantly, has an adjacent car park. Highly recommended!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
