My stay at Iberostar Playa Paraíso near Cancun was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, the all-inclusive service exceeded our expectations. Miguel, our concierge, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome at all times. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The facilities were top-notch, with stunning pools and diverse dining options. In summary, Iberostar Playa Paraíso offers excellent service, attentive staff, and a spotlessly clean environment. An unforgettable experience that we will definitely repeat!

Fantastic 7 day / night vacation with family. Food was some of the highest quality from any resort visited. Service providers were top notch. From the start of check-in at the members club, Joe was welcoming and courteous in greeting us, helping schedule events in the resort, and explaining the property layout. Jr Suite rooms were spacious and spotless. Plenty of beach front and pools for lounging. Downtown Cancun is a 30 min taxi from resort if you want to explore night life. 10/10 for Iberostar Paraíso Beach.

The food is very good. The cleaning service for the room did a great job and left cute towel animals for the kids regularly. The beach was beautiful, though a little powerful for little kids. We were helped by the concierges Sara, Eddy and Octavia who were all helpful and professional despite our many requests to alter meal times for the al la cart dinners.

At first, we did not like this hotel since they charged us $580 for all-inclusive for one guest for 4 days. Before we arrived, we talked to Expedia and to the hotel management about the extra meals for my daughter. When I phoned the hotel, they acted like it was easy and nothing much to pay. When we arrived, their song changed. We made a mistake by selecting 3 people to stay with 2 beds and forgot to mention about the all-inclusive and booked only for 2 (all-inclusive meals). So, we had a bad start. However, this is a great hotel, and we enjoyed our stay. There are several dining options, and the food was great. We went out to the town only once and came back since there was not much to get since all the shops were catering to tourists and were way higher priced compared to other local shops. Since the hotel is so large, they provide golfcarts to give transportation. It takes almost 5-10 minutes to wait to catch a golf cart. Staff were friendly and nice; the rooms were clean. Whenever we needed towels, cleaning staff were there on the floor, and we could ask them for towels or to clean the room.

I had so much fun my whole week in this amazing trip with my friends. We r coming from Canada to celebrate a birthday and it was so cool. The amenities food room and service were totally perfect. What i enjoyed more it was the entertainers and more Juliana doing the activities by the pool she was a blast doing the bingo game and dancing with me teaching me salsa. I'm pretty sure to come back next year for sure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
