This is a good place to stay, ppl working here are kind and sweet. Breakfast is good to have also. The room is bit small for twin single but the price is reasonable, all good. I visited here for business trip, I rented a car so I don't know about the public traffic access.

I always use the gym and I am so happy with the guy named Musa . He was and is still very helpful giving me directions and always there for my assistance. I really appreciate this guy . The room is also very comfortable since I am staying in room 1543 which is a studio with z living area and a kitchen. All in all everything is great and I recommend this hotel Ibis. .

Except location everything is great! And raj at fusion lounge has great hospitality skills .Even aushadi in the room service department too. We had a great time in the hotel unfortunately the location is not close to the city otherwise it would’ve been the perfect hotel to stay in

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They quickly resolved any problems we had. The hotel and room were clean. There were even times when cleaning was done even though we didn't want it. It would be great if at least one European type plug converter was placed in the rooms. We had trouble charging our phones, but other than that everything was great. If I come to Abu Dhabi again or will recommend you to my friends who will come.

In general everything was as expected. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and location is great for my needs. Breakfast was on very high level, I would say much higher than the price point, as well as the hotel stuff. Oshidi and Tanusha were both very helpful for all my requests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
