My stay at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. The combination of a prime location, great rooms, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional service makes it a top choice for tourists. I wholeheartedly give it a 5-star rating and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Location: The hotel's location is great, situated close to a metro station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The easy access to public transportation enhances the overall convenience of the stay, allowing to explore the city easily. Rooms: The rooms are excellent. It is spacious enough. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the well-maintained interiors added to the overall appeal. Amenities: The amenities provided in the rooms were comprehensive, covering all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The bathroom is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable experience. Hot water is available 24/7 . Dining Options: The surrounding area boasts a diverse range of restaurants, offering a variety of cuisines to suit different tastes, from cozy local eateries to international dining establishments. So finding a restaurant to eat nearby won’t be an issue. Service: The hotel staff demonstrated excellent service throughout my stay. Although I encountered a couple of issues with the in-room appliances—an iron with a broken water fill cap and a malfunctioning kettle—the staff's prompt response and efficiency in replacing both items were commendable. Their dedication to resolving these minor inconveniences showcased a commitment to guest satisfaction.

My experience was fantastic. The service was fast and excellent. The room is neat without smell. And the services, from my check in. The receptions, especially Mr Mubashir, and room service was a very smiling and happy man. And to the amazing cool man, Mr Samuel the security guy was very helpful. I appreciate everything and the service of the hotel. I will visit again, if God permit. Thank you very much.

It’s near the metro and shops. You won’t be lost as there’s always people outside. Staff are pretty good. Check in was easy and Priya was professional. It’s a 3* hotel but it’s a good place to stay. Comfortable. I booked the room for my Aunt and Uncle who is on holiday and they are satisfied.

I was here for a day use stay; everything was good in the room. They have a free parking and most interesting thing was the breakfast time it was from 4 a.m to noon. Wish I get back soon and use this fabulous service. The only thing I rate it as 4 star was the bathroom; there were no separation curtain between shower and toilet and all the water from shower was literally on the toilet part ground

Great Hotel in Dubai. Room was spotless, zero issues. Plenty of Water bottles,Coffee and Tea. Honourable mentions for concierge Junior, top bloke answers all your questions. Also Harshani , Mercy and Umesh were great 😃. Definitely will book again. Thank you all 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
