        Dear Accor team, That was my worst experience with you and now I'm curious about, whether should i book my next stay with your hotels or not. Hope you will find a way to get my interest back. Problems which i have faced: 1. The room smells of cigarettes, however, it is a non-smoking room. Are your smoke indicators are working or someone turning it of for some reason? is it safe for me? what if it was another smoke, not cigarettes, will it work? 2. The second day when I came back to my room, the door was open, even though there wasn't a room cleaner. I always left my laptop, and any other technology and personal stuff in the room. now I'm not sure what if by any chance someone enters my room and takes it. 3. The next day I wanted to put my stuff in a strongbox, but it didn't work (I have even video for that). How may I save my stuff if there open door and no strongbox? 4. When I register I add that I'm visiting for business. and they give me a room on the second floor and there is no room for ironing. For that one, I had to go to another floor. Tell me why I'm collecting points and not getting even a normal room (before I didn't collect it I got better rooms). 5. All 4 days I was asking for shower gel. From the start, till the end, they didn't give it to me. It was empty during my stay (last time it was the same, I thought it was just a human mistake). All these problems I have informed guest relations/reception. But nothing happened.

        Stayed recently for a short trip . Loved the buffet breakfast…. Items were well Made and healthy …..rooms were pretty decent and clean .Other than the breakfast in the morning ….the hotel should keep some veg options in their menu available throughout …. I was hungry at night but ended up having French fries as nthg else was available ……shuttle service to the airport was prompt and quick …

        As a first time visitor to Kazakhstan , I really recommend Ibis hotel . Great location, good size rooms, good breakfast buffet and excellent room service. They have English speakers and they are super friendly. Will definitely come back in my next visit.

        Have absolutely nothing much to complain about the location and the staff. The staff was really accommodative and happy to help anytime. Things that could have been better - Having water filled up in room instead of we going out of room and filling up bottles everytime. Also there were no kettle placed in the room and even upon multiple requests, the request for kettle was denied by the hotel. Also the hotel did serve couple of fruits on day 1 in the room, and thereafter we stayed for 4 more nights and the complimentary fruits were not served at all.

        The hotel is in the center of the city besides Novotel, from the same Accor group. It's extremely clean and practical. We arrived in the middle of the night and we had an amazing reception.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
