        I ran a two day event at the Ibis Baku. The event was run smoothly with the support of the hotel staff. The meeting rooms perfectly accommodated my needs and the catering services were top notch. I want to give a special thank you to Sara the event manager. She ensured everything was perfect and was quite patient, flexible and solution oriented even with my event needing constant changes up until the last minute.

        Everything was so perfect and the staff was so friendly and helpful but there’s one issue with the car parking, i had 3 nights in the hotel and I get the rented car in the last night, when I came back to the hotel in the night they told me that the parking is not available in the site, but keep in mined that I parked the car in the same day. That’s really not professional from the receptionist

        I only stayed for 1 day and experience was not good enough.. the standard rooms are too small and doesn’t give good feeling plus you have to carry your own luggage to your room. They also charge per hour for parking car in their parking area. And they make sure every guest give good reviews irrespective of their likings.

        Everything was so perfect and the staff was so friendly and helpful but there’s one issue with the car parking, i had 3 nights in the hotel and I get the rented car in the last night, when I came back to the hotel in the night they told me that the parking is not available in the site, but keep in mined that I parked the car in the same day.         One of the standout features of İbis Hotel Baku was its exceptional cleanliness. The rooms, common areas, and facilities were immaculately maintained, which contributed significantly to a comfortable and hygienic stay. İbis Hotel Baku excels in providing a comfortable environment. The beds were plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep.         I stayed for three nights, everything is ok and nice. My booking was with no breakfast, so no feedback about the food. Reception speaks English. Clean and new facilities. However, i faced a strange issue with the car parking security. The system is a bit complicated once you need to park your car in their area. You should ask the reception to tell the gate security in all times ( in and out 😖). This is the issue but the gate security were lying to me that the gate is broken 😂), it happened twice in my 2 nights stay. It was strange and i did not understand why the lied??!?. At the end big thanks go to the recipient (Fatima) who was professional in receptionist.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
