Standard & expected quality of comfort without untoward surprises is good. I checked in very late in the evening and they had prepared everything in advance. I could get into my room in less than 10 minutes or so after arrival - a much appreciated service after a tiring journey. No frills, clean & tidy reception area, lift & corridor. No unwanted mouldy or cigarette smell that are too common for some budget hotels in Bangkok. The room is welcoming & comfortable. Although it's small, it's not too cluttered. The design is expected of an Ibis hotel - minimalist and yet not spartan. I like the design of how they incorporated the pantry, fridge, safe deposit box, a bench & cloth hangers all in one "contraption". One point that they can improve is on the water pressure of the shower. It's functioning but not the quality of a typical hotel shower. Otherwise, everything is good about the room. A plus point: It's a 10 minute walk from the Lumphini MRT Station to the hotel & that there's a 7-11 & several eateries just across the hotel.

Was there as transit hotel for our next flight back home after arrange some documentation in Bangkok. Standard Ibis with clean and very simple concept yet full service. Spacious enough for just 1 or 2 nights stay at both single or double. Easy excess by any public transport. Great breakfast served with international breakfast plus local desserts that make this Ibis Bangkok different than another. Professional and friendly staff that great served and assist you accordingly. Great location.

I paid over $2000 per night for 10 nights over the new year holiday. It’s a big mistake. House keeping did not clean the toilet and used coffee cups, no drinking water. I do not recommend this hotel because clean toilet is essential.

Budget hotel in a good location. The room is clean and comfy. But the restroom is a bit small with limited kit. It might be some distance to the metro, but the hotel provided a shuttle car. The food there is very delicious, you should try pizza.

Amazing hotel with great location. The rooms are clean and fresh. The location is very good, near Lumphini park and Metro. 7 eleven cross the street and free shuttle to the metro and BTS. Awesome internet to work and great staff, super kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
