        Giving the room 3 stars and the overall experience 4 stars. The room was clean and the hotel's location was fantastic. It's very near the bts station and there's a 7/11 downstairs. The facilities are clean and look new, while the staff are all very friendly. The only downside was the soundproofing of the room itself. I could hear the nearby rooms' door getting locked/unlocked. Also, the water pipes in the toilet are loud. It sounded like the pipes were old. Nothing too bothersome.

        First of all, I WANT TO THANK THE WORKERS FOR THEIR EXCELLENT WORK. I can't think of anything that could be done better at this hotel. The atmosphere, the rooms, the location, the service, the breakfasts, the drinks, the fragrance of the common areas... THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

        For a 3-Star hotel, they are exceptional. Room is clean, staff are friendly, service is excellent. BTS station is right next to the hotel. Mentioned to them that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they offered us a mini cake. Small gesture on their part, but means a great deal to us! They also offer continental buffet breakfast. Albeit piggybacking from Mecure upstairs. So if you want to stay in a 3-Star hotel that feels like a 4-Star, this is the hotel to go to.

        Giving the room 3 stars and the overall experience 4 stars. The room was clean and the hotel's location was fantastic. It's very near the bts station and there's a 7/11 downstairs.         The room and service are excellent, we arrived the hotel at 11 am and the staff was able to gave us an early check in. The wall however, is a bit too thin; We can hear someone next door trying to plug their charger into a socket. And can't find any slippers in the room. 7 eleven located on the first floor of the building, very convenient; Emporium is just across the street, like literally 30 steps from the front desk; within 2 minutes walk from Phrom prong station, surrounded by many famous local restaurants.

        The rooms are generally very small for me. What I really like about this hotel is 7/11 is just beside hotel. I really did enjoyed my breakfast for the length of my stay. They also hve all the massage places around and mall right opposite the hotel. Hence this is my rating for all the factors: Room- 3/5 Service- 2/5 Cleaning - 2/5 Breakfast- 4/5 Location- 3/5
