        A very friendly hotel where the staff are really helpful and friendly. The room was on the small side but very clean and was serviced everyday. Breakfast was okay but not much choice but it certainly set us up for the day. There is a hotel tuk tuk to take you to Nana station every 30 minutes although it is only a 10 minute walk away. Overall a good cheap, safe hotel close to the center of things. I would stay again

        Since it was my first time in Bangkok, I chose the European hotel chain ibis. Nana Station was also located within 5-10 minutes. The route from the station to the hotel is in the middle of a busy area such as Nana Plaza, but despite the bustle, the security is not bad. The hotel cost less than 2000 baht per night including breakfast. My safe place, the room was clean and well cleaned every day. Recommended.

        Very disappointment with the service I recently received in this hotel. Specifically, the front desk staff and loyal member service were unaccommodating regarding the welcome amenities included with my membership status. As a multi-year gold/silver card member of this hotel group, accessing welcome drinks is a standard benefit. However, the staff was inflexible and insisted on strictly limiting one or two complimentary beverages per room accommodation (booked a double room with two occupancy) despite their low cost. This rigid enforcement comes across as petty for a loyalty program intended to make returning guests feel valued. This experience left me feeling underappreciated as a loyal customer. Going forward, I will never ever consider to return any one of the hotels of Accor, and depart the loyal membetship for good.

        Nice rooms and friendly staff. Can't fault the service and it was cleaned daily and well looked after. Staff were so polite and whilst I found the breakfast a bit dull I appreciate it. The location is very convenient as you are near the metro and plenty of delicious food options on the street. Please be aware that this is in the heart of a red light district and whilst you won't be disturbed, the hotel is definitely being used by guests for visitors. Each to their own but I found some guests had absolutely no sense of subtlety and would blare awful hindi music at two in the morning to drown out their delight at whatever was happening. A lot of the guests were seedy and many kept asking me if I knew were to find a woman for the night. They were also noisy and spoke to the staff with a lot of disrespect. That was the low point of the trip.

        A dated hotel with carelessly furnished and uncomfortable rooms. At night the room is so dark (even with all the lights switched on) that reading is impossible. Apart from the kettle, there is no power connection, not even at the bed (except for an outdated USB port, so not for newer USB-C devices) The shower cubicle is also so cramped that you constantly bump into things. I also injured my toe on the very first day when stepping out of the bathroom through a gap in the floor. The worst thing, however, was the worn mattress. My expressly friendly complaint the next morning was not understood. The word "mattress" was supposedly unknown and even a photo of the worn mattress didn't help them understand. The other employees who heard my concerns also listened impassively, which meant that my complaint came to nothing. For 80€/night it was simply an imposition. I don't think the hotel is suitable for families: Even at check-in, I was told that "strangers with ID cards" were allowed in the room, which was unmistakable during the night. This review refers to room 612.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
