DON'T!!!! Grossly outdated motel.... not a resort. Horrible. Dirty. Could not see out of the windows (failed seals) in the waterfront room that we paid a premium for. Would have been a great location for my spring break.... in 1977 when I was too drunk to realize what I was looking at. Staff is terrible. Needed complete renovation 40 years ago. Overbilled for the bogus "resort fee", which I fought to have clawed back. Made the mistake of booking direct for one night in Mid-January. Paid in advance, with no cancellation or refund possible. Big mistake. I would have pulled into this place, looked around, and immediately called to cancel. Continental breakfast... Ha! Just Don't go there. Could not wait to wake up and get out of there. Beds were terrible, lumpy. Wish I could post pics of the filthy bathroom. Nice TV, if you're nostalgic to remember what it is like to watch on a 21" screen

Cute if small with plenty of hot water. The bird says hello outside the lobby and the turtles eat cactus. The boat is perfect for kids and the activities were tempting but we just ran out of time. Highly recommend for the local adventurous feel and the white secluded beach that is perfect for a young couple for a couple of nights. We drove in from Atlanta and found it easy to park and know their shuttle was a call away if we wanted to. Ten minute drive from downtown and less than five from shopping. Thank you to the staff that provided a clean room and warm southern hospitality. The restaurant wasn’t too noisy and an always inviting relaxing atmosphere right at the entrance. Time for a swim!

The hotel room is very cute with colorful colors, but I wish it had a coffee machine. The car can be parked in front of the door. It was very convenient. The hammocks were very enjoyable. It made you feel like you were in a summer place. There were problems with the bed and pillows. The bed was making noise. It was too small, but I loved the hospitality and cleanliness of its use.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I feel like there’s some things to know. First, the staff were incredible, hospitable, and accommodating. But, our room was very tiny, the a/c barely worked, the shower is very small (you’re under water the entire time. I’d say a 2x2). Also, maybe just put room, the water was very temperamental, as well as stained brown. I also found and earwig bug in the bathroom. Rust in random places and just overall not appealing appearance. If you’re looking for something close to duval, this is not it. They do offer a shuttle. But service stops at ten. There were plenty of Ubers but definitely not walking distance. The continental breakfast was decent at best. Although, in a plus the grounds are gorgeous. Nice pool with hammocks and access to the bar. Again, staff was wonderful. But the room really brings it down

This was the perfect spot for us! The nostalgia of the property is amazing. Read reviews before you go. The outside needs some TLC, but our room was fresh and clean. Parking at our door! Sunsets on the bay are gorgeous, be sure to take one in while relaxing in a hammock.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
