Location top. Facility good. Interesting bedroom furniture is minimal but has all is needed, and the bathroom in an angle is more spacious than most budget hotel. The bed is for me the big minus - by having the sheets covering only the topper that is loose on top of the bed, one end up almost falling of the bed, or waking up outside the sheets. A single quite empty pillow is offered to each, and the duvet can only cover both sleeper if one sleeps glue to each other.

I think the only great thing is the location. Really convenient to get to anywhere in the city. Cons: The hair dryer in my room was spoilt. Makes crazy noise when u try to on it. The shower glass door doesn’t keep the water out when you’re showering. It was super annoying to have ur toilet floor wet every time after u shower. Front desk doesn’t seem to be surprised when I informed them of the problems. Requested for room change as I was going to be there for 4nights but was rejected. Gave me tons of bathmat and a hairdryer instead. Okay fine. But it was troublesome cos I have to request for the extra bath mat everyday. There was no initiative to get the housekeeping team to take note and deliver extra for the next few days. I also stayed at ibis Vienna. Room is of similar layout, no such problems at all. What good is a shower door if it doesn’t keep the water out?

After a full days travel, I arrived at the hotel in the very late evening and was exhausted. Due to the early online check-in, getting my room was super easy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room itself was amazing. The bed was comfortable, it had both heating and air conditioning. The bathroom was neat and also comfortable to use. The location is perfect, right across the central trainstation, so you're fantastically connected to all kinds of public transport. The checking out was also super easy and stressless. Great experience, if I ever visit Berlin again, this will be my go-to.

Wonderful new hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance of Berlin's main attractions. Easy to get from the airport to the railway station and from the station to anywhere in the city and Germany in general. Clean, cosy and fresh hotel. Pleasant staff. There is a possibility to leave things before and after the chekout if there is a need.

The stay was okay, but I feel the reception needs to be improved. Maybe it's just me, but their face shows they are not sincerely doing their job. I believe reception is the hotel's 1st face that guests meet, so it's very important to be friendly and informative.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
