One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and kind at the reception. It’s in one of the best locations, close to the subway and shopping centers. The breakfast is good, and at night, they provide complimentary tea, espresso, and milk.

Very convenient location with nearby restaurants and subway station. The hotel staff were helpful and professional. The bikes for hire were good to explore Berlin. The breakfast is good value if you enjoy a large breakfast. My room was comfortable and very quiet and very clean. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Dreadful WiFi doesn't really work. It regularly drops off. Pillows are miniature, really tiny. The shower suddenly burns hot unexpectedly without changing the temperature dial, I burnt myself. Woken up by construction noises every day, even before 730am. Construction noises then only lasted about 30mins so could easily have done it later in the day. No signage on the website to prepare you for this (or so you can just book somewhere else...) Floors are also unclean around the whole hotel including our room. Bits stick to your feet when you get out the shower and get into bed Major disappointment. Wish I'd booked a cheap hostel instead, at least then I could have got some sleep

The location was the only one great thing. Very close to ubahn, bus stop and kadewe. In walking distance to the zoo berlin. The room is extremely basic. It's good enough if you really just want a place to sleep. Very small room. We almost couldn't even open our luggages. The wall was not soundproof at all. We can always hear the guests next door. Bathroom was interesting.. On the first day that we checked in. The room was not so clean. We complained and the next day was more clean. We were there in summer and the air conditioner didn't work. The room was too warm.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
