        Great location depending on your plans. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms could have been cleaner. There was dust and an old hair tie under the bed and the sofa. Breakfast (including the view) was awesome. Especially the waffle iron was our favourite.

        Great stay, they were very welcoming for us and our dog. Rooms were a great spacious size and we could even see the Fernsehturm from our window! Also very close the S-Bahn and U-Bahn so very convenient to get into the centre. We left our car in the car park which was opposite and free.

        The hotel is located just next to the Berliner ZOB Bus Station and in between a U-Bahn (Subway) and S-Bahn (regional train) station. The hotel is 9 stories high and offers multiple room categories. The hotel itself is very dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. However, the rooms were spotless and clean.

        Easy to find, rooms are clean and simple, good location and if you are high enough the view is nice and you can't hear the cars. The reception at the time of my arrival was pretty busy, maybe that's why it felt 'loveless'

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
