The hotel was really close to the City center, the rooms were adequately cleaned (even though some dust was present on some corners etc). Bed sheets and towels were extremely clean and, the size of the room a bit small but it was perfect for us who just wanted to go to the hotel for sleep :). The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and polite and they provided you with coffee at any time. Definitely recommend to people who want to explore the city and be near the City center.

Fabulous view (you should ask for a room on the highest floor with the view of the TV tower), cozy room, good firm bed. Bathroom small but sufficient. Great choice of food at breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We asked the cleaning lady for extra towels and she obliged, no questions asked. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to Alexander Platz and even Brandenburg Gate. We’ve decided that we should always stay at this hotel while in Berlin. Great value for money.

It was much better than I expected, cosy rooms and very comfortable. The room were clean and a housekeeper cleaned it every morning and put clean towels. I loved it. I'll stay again if I visit Berlin in the future and I will suggest it to friends.

We are here on our anniversary trip and the hotel is fabulous. Great views, superb location. The room is cozy, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Especially we want to thank Jeremy form the reception for his patience and assistance.

The hotel is very nice, centrally located and clean. Highly recommend. My only issue was with the parking garage. Parking spaces and turnings are very tight. It is very easy to damage to car due to miscalculation during parking. If you have a big car, consider parking somewhere else for your own sanity. 😀

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
