Location was very central- easy to walk Or use tram to get anywhere. I needed a room with a sofa bed for an adult and 2 children- it was very cramped But served its purpose and I would do it again. The service was great. My 13 year old called with questions and requests and they were helpful and friendly each time. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location next to the tram and it’s only a short walk to the city centre. The service is good and the staff is very nice but unfortunately the rooms are quite poor to say the least (wall paint very old, no commodities such as tea or coffee, no extra bath towel or blankets). The room I stayed in was also very close to the elevator doors and we heard a lot of noise coming from the hallway. I felt like I paid for the bare minimum and maybe next time I would consider paying a little bit more for a better hotel.

Very basic. Clean room but looked a bit tired. Shower over bath, it was quite difficult to get in & out of the shower due to large, fixed shower screen. Quite good location, only few minutes walk to restaurants and downtown.

Convenient location but that’s the only positive. The rooms are so dark and dingy and you can’t let any fresh air in, since the windows open out into an enclosed courtyard. Air conditioning was broken and the room was horribly warm, despite having the AC supposedly on full the room was at 24.3 degrees when we came back from dinner, and had reached 25.3 degrees by morning. And this was on a cool day in November! We had to get a portable fan from reception. Not a good sleeping temperature. There were also no towels in the room so my partner had to go down to reception and collect them late in the evening. The shower and toilet configuration was truly bizarre with the shower controls at knee height and the toilet pan 5cm from the floor. Just spend a bit more money and stay elsewhere. I normally don’t mind staying at Ibis hotels when visiting France but this is a very bad one.

Great location from the airport. Tram from airport takes to right outside hotel all for 1 euro 80, just 20 mins. Rooms are big, comfy bed so had great sleep. Just no hot drink facilities in room we had. We was half board, have a different menu for dinner however the food was really nice, one starter is enough for 2 so if one orders it the staff just bring you another plate, the staff are so friendly, work really hard and can speak English. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hotel is walking distance to all major tourist attractions, city is beautiful. Will definitely return and book here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
