Very comfortable stay. Room was very clean and warm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Very nice to find balloons, bottle of wine and card in the room for my husband's birthday.. such a nice touch. Excellent location for all the city centre and harbour sites. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Stayed for 3 nights for a trip with my partner to Bristol and drove to Bath on one day. The room was clean and modern. Only complaint is that there was no mini fridge and the room we stayed in was slightly dark as the window was quite small and the building next to us casted a shadow. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would book again for a short city trip.

Great location! there are bars, stores, and bus stations nearby. We even had a theme park next to the hotel the time we visited. The breakfast was well rounded and had everything you’d need. The room was cozy and clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Bristol.

Great location for getting to work (for me at least) and easy access to lots of bars and restaurants. PureGym over the road too, so everything you need is within a stones throw. The Christmas market was on when I stayed which was nice to see as soon as you walk outside. Thankfully it closed down before I went to bed. The hotel was quiet (although it was quite busy at breakfast). The service was attentive and efficient too.

Location is great, check in/check out fine and easy although I was told I didn't have breakfast included, when I was sure I did but this was easily sorted in the morning and I'm sure an easy thing to miss. Breakfast was fine, a little cramped but no better/worse than most hotels of the same type. Room was large but not super comfortable/cosy - plastic floors, all plastic surfaces, harsh lighting etc. Fine for a business trip where you're only really sleeping there but wouldn't have wanted to spend much more time in there than I had to. Had a lovely view of a big industrial looking unit and was directly overlooked by lots of other hotel rooms which meant not much privacy if curtains were open. Cleanliness could be improved - small but noticeable bloodstain on my sheets and condom (fortunately appeared unused) left under the bed from previous occupant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
