The hotel is okay, nothing more than that. Positive aspects include a clean room, a plentiful breakfast, a great location, and good connectivity. Negative aspects include finding remnants of feces on the toilet paper when we entered the room—disgusting (the housekeeper didn't check before placing it), the thermostat not working and the room being too hot, and the housekeeper entering our room twice without knocking while we were inside (very uncomfortable, especially as I was just getting out of the shower). It's an acceptable hotel if you're not picky and don't expect high-quality service.

Great location with transport links to the centre. The no. 72 bus just outside which takes you to the Basilica and beyond. Clean room - basic but comfortable. Possibility to make a hot drink would have been nice. Breakfast not amazing and relatively expensive. Staff friendly and helpful.

Late check-in is possible and there is available private parking, there`s no problem even if arriving late at night. Location is good, near a bus stop and metro. Buffet breakfast is good and refills are always done. Clean and spacious room. Staff are friendly and helpful especially when asking about how to go around Budapest City Center. We were allowed to park our car in the private parking garage even after check-out.

Great ,modern hotel situated in a quiet part of the City. 🚊 stop is literally outside hotel and takes 10-15 mins into the city centre and attractions. Rooms were comfortable and spacious but coffee making facilities would be a good addition however an excellent choice of hotel in a lovely city..

The hotel is situated in a nice area, very few steps from a bus stop and the metro station (yellow line). The room was really clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of goods and the breakfast hall was very nice. I would surely recommend it to everyone that wants to visit Budapest!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
