        The room was very basic, outdated and tiny. It also smelt of stale smoke. The bathroom was actually a wet room with no window and poor ventilation. We had to request a new towel as soon as we arrived as the towels we were provided with were stained. Even for an Ibis Budget we'd have expected a better standard of room. The location in central CBD was excellent and probably is the reason why they justify the price.

        We didn’t have high expectations from a budget hotel, but we did anticipate at least the basic essentials. Unfortunately, the initial room we received was covered with ceiling mold, carpet stains, and a shortage of amenities like hand soap. Upon voicing our concerns to the reception, they did offer to switch our room. The second room offered little improvement with slightly less mold, unsightly brown stains on the bedding and still no hand soap (as shown in the photos provided). Adding to the disappointment, the provided fridge, tv and microwave were either not plugged in or simply didn’t work. While the location was convenient, the overall experience was disheartening. I wouldn’t spend my money on such a subpar place to stay; perhaps opting for a hostel might yield a better experience.

        The rooms are very basic, they are very small, no, they do not look the same as the rooms advertised. With that being said, the rooms are clean and small, they are great for a two or three night stay. It is in a great area for sight seeing and tourism! For the price, I definitely recommend!!!

        Tall small hotel in a good central location. But the rooms are tiny, with barely space for suitcases& movement. Parking is expensive, breakfast ( we didnt buy) looked like a couple of rolls in the lobby. Keycard access frequently failed. Ok for a couple of days , but the small cramped space rapidly became depressing

        The location is very convenient. The room size is also acceptable. The reception is good, but due to having only one staff at the front desk, there's often a long queue. The only issue is that the noise problem is quite serious. The noise continues until around two or three in the morning, making it impossible for those who are light sleepers to fall asleep.
