Great stay for the price. Location very central and super close to the tram. Room was a bit too cold to my liking but they offered me an extra blanket and a heater which was super kind of them!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The only complaint is that the showers are not in bathroom, they’re in open with glass doors, so a bit awkward if you’re traveling with kids.

Really close to the station but without the noises of the train. Around there are a lot of restaurants where eat. The room is really basic but the heater was eventually broken, because I couldn't turn off or change temperature.

The room is clean. And it’s near a tram stop and a metro station so it’s easy to travel to the place you want to go. There are many options for food in this street as well. Very reasonable price. Drawbacks: 1. the window is faced with the street so noise is unavoidable if you keep it open for fresh air. And I need to draw the curtains for privacy as there is an office on the same floor opposite. 2. I had put up a do not disturb sign outside the door, but the next morning the cleaner still subconsciously wanted to push the door in when I was still in bed. Fortunately I locked the door in advance so he couldn't make it . He should be more careful as the sound of the doorknob being turned suddenly is scary. 3. No hairdryer in the room.

Pros: - Very quiet place - Walking distance to the old town - Easy public transport connections - Many restaurants in the near - Big room - Good shower water - Free public parking, or €12/day garage park available on site Cons: - The best is very hard to me - Narrow shower cabinet - The pillow is very thin

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
